We ask for input from individuals who have concerns about possible breaches of confidentiality. The University of Utah takes these reports very seriously and maintains a strict no retaliation policy to protect those who come forward with concerns. We have multiple options available in the event that we discover abreach of confidentiality, which include training and/or disciplinary action. Filing a complaint with the Privacy Office is voluntary.
